Telecommunications refers to the exchange of information by electronic and electric means over a significant distance which are modulated into analog and digital signals for transmitting information.Likewise, Telecommunication Network is an arrangement of computing and telecommunications resources for communication of information between distant locations.Information and networking technologies are transforming the dynamics of business, economics, education, government, and even international relations.
