Concurrent Engineering Definition
Concurrent engineering is defined as the method of product design developed where all different stages run simultaneously rather than consecutively. It is a new product design strategy where all tasks involved in product development are done in parallel.
It decreases product development time, time to lead the market. And it helps to improve productivity and reduce cost while improving the quality of final products. Concurrent engineering is important for an organization which is given below;
