Walter Elias Disney followed Transformational style of leadership which believes in motivating, influencing and empowering their followers to believe and follow them through their charisma (Langer, 2013). His leadership style created trust, loyalty, and commitment by the followers towards him which helped him to achieve organizational as well as individual goals together. Walt Disney was the kind of person who believed in the participation of its team members or employees on many company related issues and decisions.
He always had a belief that whatever success the company accomplishes belongs to the entire group of the company as it is the combined effort of all the team members who work day and night for the better future of the organization in the long run.
