1. Systems Perspective:

➦ In the system approach, an organization is viewed as a unified whole, composed of subsystems and elements that work together.

➦ Understanding how these components interact and influence each other is the aim.

2. System interdependence:

➦ The system approach recognizes that the elements within a system are interconnected and interdependent.

➦ Changes in one part of the system can have ripple effects on others.

➦ Therefore, managers need to take into account the interconnectedness of various components when making decisions, so they can be sure their decisions will have an overall impact on the organization.

3. Inputs, Processes, and Outputs:

➦ Inputs are the resources used in an organization, including raw materials, information, and human capital.
