Walt Disney was a transformational, innovative, and visionary leader who never run out of his ideas when he was alive. He was a person, who was full of optimism, creativity, and had the ability of risk-taking which made him an effective leader (Gonzalez, 2018). He was the kind of leader who always believed in the participation of his employees regarding making decisions like what and how to do things.
Walt Disney always inspired and motivated his employees to accomplish things that they never thought they would be. The work ethics he followed helped him to achieve success in his professional life.
